STUDIO RULES + CANCELLATION POLICY:

You are responsible for knowing and abiding by all the studio rules, important info, and cancellation policy found here:

HOUSE RULES:

We ask that you please leave the space exactly as you found it. Our reorganisational fees for not putting props back where you found them is a flat $30 additional fee and furniture back where you found them is a $60 additional fee. Leave no messes, no glitter, no alcohol as cleaning your mess is an additional $30 fee. Any damage incurred will also be charged to your credit card as inspected by the owner and security camera. Do not stay over your booking time as over time charges apply.

CREDIT CARD INFO:

You understand that your credit card info is captured to make your booking. If overtime/late charges/damage occurs, you acknowledge your credit card will be charged for these fees. Photo evidence is always provided.

Waiver of Liability – Studio Hire

Use of The PRIM HAUS premises and equipment is at the Clients’ risk. The Client hereby agrees that Company will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage, injury or loss to the Client, their party of possessions while on the Premises. The Client holds harmless and indemnifies Company and its owners, agents, representatives, associates, officers, employees, guests and tenants against any lawsuit, claim, loss, accident, judgement, fine, injury or damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees. This indemnification shall continue in full force and effect during and after the term of the rental for such causes arising during the term of the rental. 

Subcontractor Agreements 

If you are a freelance contractor, you are responsible for your own personal, public liability and Workcover insurance. The Concierge Agency will not cover you for any damages that you incur while supplying your services as a contractor to The Company.


Safety notes

  • Prim haus is committed to providing a safe work environment.

  • There is to be No Smoking on or around the set. 

  • Please be aware of cabling and equipment on the ground or overhead.

  • All emergency numbers are on the call sheet, please ensure you read them.

  • Upon arrival please familiarise yourself with emergency exits and the location of fire extinguishers (if applicable)

  • Anyone visiting the set should please make themselves known to the Producer

  • No open toed shoes on set please

  • Please keep all exits in the location(s) clear of gear and make sure that is clear access to street (if applicable)

  • Please make sure all lighting equipment is fitted with the required filters supplied to avert eye damage to the crew and cast

  • It is the requirement of all crew either by their action or inaction to identify and report any situation deemed hazardous to the Producer, Head of Department, or Account director.

It is your obligation to call to a stop any work which endangers the safety of yourself or others until that particular aspect of safety has been reviewed or the task abandoned.

If you have any safety concerns on set/location please report it to the Producer immediately. No unsafe situation will be tolerated.
