STUDIO RULES:
Treat the studio, props, furniture and everything else with respect.
We don’t allow full nudity in the studio due to hygine in the space. If this is disregarded we will have to cancel your booking without notice.
do not move furniture in the space, as the floors and furniture will tarnish if not moved APPROPRIATELY. Pushing/dragging furniture across the floor ruins the floor AND the furniture. if you want to move things around please SPEAK TO GEORGINA OR SARSHA. FEES MAY APPLY.
Return all furniture and props back to where you found them before leaving. If the cleaner has to put props or furniture away the additional charge is $50.
Cleaning and maintenance fee is for regular cleaning and maintenance, NOT for cleaning up messes. Please respect the space and put garbage in the garbage can, and put furniture back where you found it before you leave. If you leave a mess, or if props or furniture are left NOT where you found them/disheveled- you will be charged an automatic additional fee of $50 for cleaning and or reorganisation.
Damage policy is if you break, stain, rip, any form of damage to property, you will be charged for repair or full replacement of the damage as inspected by the owner.
The whole studio is monitored by video camera as a security measure and will be used to confirm any damage/theft/leaving studio late.
Overtime. Every booking has 15 MINUTES added to the end of each session for reset and bump out, so if your booking ends at 5pm we will give you till 5:15pm before charging into the next hour. Make sure you have booked enough time for your studio session or let us know with at least 2 hours notice that you will be running late. If we are given notice of your session running behind we will charge for just the next hour within our hourly rates eg. If you booked 8 hrs we would charge the difference for 9 hrs.
If there is no communication on your session running late and the studio isn't vacated in the time frame set we will charge our overtime rates ($200/hr for 3.0 and $300/hr for 4.0.
OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
• Parking is available on site in the specified visitor parking spots. If there aren’t any spaces free there is plenty of free parking available on Mary st and Edith st.
(There should be plenty of available parking when you enter from Edith St. You will see a parking lot from this entry, as entry from Mary St has limited parking available)
• If you need roller door access for load in this is available at the back of the studio. (Edith St side)

CANCELLATION & RECHEDULING POLICY:
NO EXCEPTIONS NOR NEGOTIATIONS
All shoots are to be paid in full at the time of booking.
No refunds, only studio credit for cancelled bookings (see rules below for cancellations).
Cancellations/rescheduling less than 7 days prior to check in incur a rescheduling fee of 20% of booking value.
Cancellations/rescheduling 24- 48 hours prior to check in incur a rescheduling fee of 50% of your booking value.
Studio credit is available for your rebooking date within 30 days from your original booking date.
Cancellations/rescheduling less than 24 hours of your check in - no refund or reschedule will be offered.
If Prim Haus cancels the booking (which can happen at any time prior to your booking at our discretion) we will offer 100% refund to the guest.
Covid-19 Exceptions:
If the local guidelines no longer permit the studio to operate as a business, your booking will be refunded or rescheduled based on your preference.
If your team/shoot has to cancel because of Covid-19 but the studio is allowed to legally operate, no special treatment/exceptions will be applied. Unfortunately this would be too risky and for the detriment of the business. The rebooking/cancellation rules as stated above apply the same in this case.
